Residents and end customers can ask Sacred Tree Farms management to fund independent testing of a farm’s produce. Follow each accepted request from sample collection to the published lab report.

Management reviews the request, budget and test panel. Approved tests can be funded by Sacred Tree Farms; no testing fee is collected here.
Results are published
Management uploads the lab PDF, sample code, dates, collection method and results summary when the record is ready.
What does “blind” mean here?
A coded sample can withhold the farm’s identity from the testing lab. An unannounced purchase or collection can reduce advance preparation by a grower. These are different methods; each published report states which method was actually used and records the sample’s chain of custody. A request alone does not mean a blind test has taken place.

A lab result applies to the tested sample and stated panel. It does not certify an entire farm or every harvest as organic or safe. “Not detected” is limited by the report’s detection limits. Requesters’ contact details and private reasons are not published.

Management will consider priority, sampling feasibility, test suitability and budget. Funding and turnaround are confirmed only when a request is accepted.
